Experience the best of Leavenworth on the Wenatchee River Whitewater & Wine Rafting Trip in Washington

The whitewater adventure embarks from Dryden dam, between Cashmere and Leavenworth, and the excitement begins immediately as you launch directly into Upper Gorilla and Sharkstooth, filled with lots of fun waves.

Further highlights include Drunkards Drop, Snowblind and Granny Rapids. Your trip ends at Riverside Park, where you'll change into dry clothes, load up your plate at a Top Sirloin Steak BBQ -- with corn on the cob, fresh salad, french bread and lemonade.

You will taste classic Eastern Washington reds as well as traditional German grapes in the spirit of Leavenworth at several of the area's best wineries.

Hot weather and huge waves make Wenatchee River whitewater rafting a popular trip as well as one of the Top 10 in the nation! With its headwaters in the heart of the Central Cascades and the snow white peaks of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness area, the Wenatchee River has the largest volume of raftable whitewater in Washington State. It's known for its long calm stretches and its distinctive Class 3 to 3+ rapids, the largest rapids in Washington!

Since there are few obstructions on the river, Wenatchee River rafting is very "forgiving" and perfect for beginners and experienced rafters alike. This river rafting trip is perfect for a day of family fun or corporate team building. In addition to rafting, the Wenatchee River area is home to the town of Leavenworth, an authentically recreated Bavarian Village that's a favorite destination of visitors from all over the country.
