Wenatachee River Whitewater Rafting - Leavenworth to Monitor in Washington

If thrilling whitewater with a beautiful scenery is what you're looking for, then Whitewater Rafting on the Wenatachee River to Monitor from Leavenworth WA is the trip for you.

What makes the Wenatchee River Washington's most popular whitewater rafting river is its huge waves accompanied by Eastern Washington's warm to hot, dry weather. It can be enjoyed by new and veteran paddlers alike, great for kids (12 and up) and first-time paddlers. Not only is the Wenatchee River Washington's top rafting trip, but it ranks within the top 10 most popular rivers for whitewater rafting in the entire U.S.! Guests come back year after year to raft the Wenatchee River again and again.

You'll begin your trip near the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth in an alpine setting of the Cascade Mountains. The river meanders through the towns of Peshastin and Cashmere, starting in orchards of apples and pears progressing to a desert setting, ending in the small town of Monitor at an Eastern Washington basecamp, right on the banks of the Wenatchee River. During your journey, you will challenge many Class III rapids such as "Snowblind", "Drunkard's Drop", and "Rock 'n Roll", which drop into pools of calm water, giving you plenty of time to get ready for what's around the next bend. Keep an eye out for the magnificent ospreys that make their home on the banks of the Wenatchee River.

Your trip concludes with a well-earned riverside lunch! Lunch will include chicken and steak, served with four bean salad, green salad, and fresh cut watermelon.
