Enjoy breathtaking views of the city skyline at night, a 4-course served dinner, dancing to live entertainment, party favors, Space Needle fireworks viewing and a champagne toast at midnight as you cruise Elliott Bay.

Appetizer - Warm whole grain artisan bread served with a sundried tomato spread
First Course - Spicy, chilled firecracker prawns - Jumbo prawns are served in a spicy marinade of peppers
Second Course - Tossed field greens, Oregon blue cheese, granny smith apples, candied walnuts, dried cranberries in a rosemary vinaigrette
Third Course - (four options)
~~Tenderloin Beef Wellington - Tenderloin filet roasted with wild mushrooms and seasoned spinach enclosed in puff pastry and finished with a tarragon beurre blanc
~~Chicken Oscar - Marinated chicken breast topped with Dungeness crab & hollandaise sauce served with garlic mashed & fresh asparagus
~~Wild Chinook Salmon - Char-grilled Alaskan king salmon with smoked tomato beurre blanc, market vegetables & Seattle rice
~~Mushroom Ravioli - Carso's locally made mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce and served with a side of fresh vegetables
