The Skagit River Bald Eagle Nature Preserve is host to the largest population of bald eagles in the continental United States - it's the winter feeding ground for over 500 bald eagles that come from Vancouver Island and British Columbia to feast on spawning salmon and enjoy the relatively warm weather of the Skagit Valley.

The lower section of the Skagit River is very calm and the tour is peaceful and relaxing. With hot chocolate served on board in the comfort of the rafts, you'll quietly drift by eagles perching in riverside cottonwood trees or soaring overhead with their magnificent seven-foot wingspan. As you continue down the river and pass into the Bald Eagle Nature Preserve, it's hard to imagine these American icons were once nearly extinct when you see several birds all on one tree!

You'll be in awe at the close-up views you'll get, so bring your cameras and binoculars for photographs of a lifetime!

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
